Usage connects a model response to the route and billing target that actually served it.

Recorded fields

Session evidence retains served route, account, subscription, quota bucket, route decision, input and output tokens, estimated cost, attempts, and terminal status where supplied.

Reset semantics

/usage reset resets the local accounting view. It does not erase immutable model, billing, or session audit events.
