Delegate

The delegate_task capability supplies a self-contained target, change contract, acceptance criteria, workspace, and allowed interfaces. Child results return to parent session state.

Authority

An agent role is not an approval bypass. Each child operation is bounded by its effective grants, policy, deadlines, output limits, and parent-child session lineage.
