The tts capability converts supplied text using an enabled voice service and returns a file or artifact reference.

Bounds

Input length, format, voice availability, and output size are validated by the active capability. Service health appears in the registry.

Content

Do not send secrets or unreviewed proprietary text to an external speech provider. Generated audio inherits the sharing boundary of the source content.
