Paper reader — contract and behavior
- The reader prefers an available local PDF for native rendering and falls back to the configured source workflow.
- Paper identity comes from the registry rather than a transient file path.
- Navigation state belongs to the selected paper and does not leak when switching entries.
- Missing files are reported with the source path and do not remove the registry entry.
