Browser agent — contract and behavior

• The browser agent receives an explicit action objective and a restricted tool surface over the live Playwright page.
• BRAMA_URL, WISENT_APP_AGENT_ID, and WISENT_APP_AGENT_AUTH_SECRET identify the model-routing client; deployments may resolve them through the claude-reauth-config service credential.
• WELES_AGENT_MODEL selects the gateway model and defaults to a Claude Code subscription unless deployment overrides it.
• The agent cannot replace queue claim, trajectory lifecycle, or platform-specific terminal-state reporting.
